We would like to offer you the opportunity to apply for a maximum of 4 tickets per match from our SRFC Club allocation for the Old Mutual Wealth series 2017.

SRFC have applied for tickets priced between £95 and £50 each, therefore we have set a price of £76 (£50 for the Samoa game), which we will adjust once we receive our allocation. Please note; that we have added a £10 administration fee per application.

To enter the ticket ballot, we ask that you complete the form and return with the relevant payment. Cheques need to be made payable to Stourbridge RFC Ltd. If you wish to pay by card, please contact the office on 01384 395000.

If you are successful we will confirm exact details and revise the balance to be paid or refunded. Unsuccessful applications will be refunded in full.
