To liaise between clubs and age groups in the mini section to ensure that festivals are provided for mini age groups
To liaise with Lou Price to ensure that payments are made for festival attendance
Keep records to ensure that appropriate numbers of festivals are not exceeded
Liaise with the M&J fixture secretary to keep fixture list updated

This is a vital role for the M&J Section and as such you will be a member of the M&J Committee.

It is worth noting that Minis festivals have already been organised at Moseley and Luctonians for this coming season and that this post would ideally be filled with immediate effect.

M&J Fixture Secretary

Arrange fixtures for U7s-U17s teams using existing club contacts or closed Facebook page
Work with team managers to arrange certain fixtures
Liaise with club office to agree dates for SRFC festivals
Inform chef of expected numbers for catering on Sundays
Allocate pitch space and communicate this to team managers

This is a vital role for the M&J Section and as such you will be a member of the M&J Committee. You will need to dedicate around 2 hours a week to this role.
Karl Truby is the M&J Secretary until the end of the season 2017/18. There would be great value in bringing someone in to shadow Karl for the remainder of the season and to begin preparation for 2018/19 season.
