Stour Colts Go from Strength to Strength

Thanks to the hard work of Colts Coaches, Sean Firth and Simon Blackadder, over the last few years, our Colts squad has gone from strength to strength.

A successful 2015-16 season finished with a narrow defeat to Sutton Coldfield at Walsall in the final of the Fred Rowley Cup and promotion to North Midlands Colts League Two. Both great achievements considering the lack of a Colts XV in past seasons.

The Colts fixtures for the coming season are listed below. Games kick off at 2:00pm on Sunday afternoons - please come down and support the team and create a big Stourton Park atmosphere for their home games.

Under 17s
This season, the Senior Colts will be joined by an Under 17s Junior Colts team, headed up by Coach, Andy Slater. Thanks to the hard work put in by Andy and his team of coaches, the Under 16s has recovered from player losses and poor results at the beginning of the season, becoming a very tight squad and recording some great results as the season closed.

This season, the Colts and Under 17s will be pooling their resources to train together on Tuesday and Thursday nights.
