Every year the festival is organised and run by volunteers from the current Under 10 age group, its success relies upon the support of sponsors for funds to cover costs including a commemorative medal for every child who takes part.

Any surplus is ploughed back into the club to cover the running costs of the Under 10 age group which includes equipment, kit and entrance fees for competitions and tournaments. The 2018/2019 Under 10s regularly have 35 – 45 boys and girls attending fixtures and training every Sunday and Wednesday from September to May. They are run by a dedicated team of volunteers who give up their free time to run and coach the biggest age group in the M&J section within the club.

Most of our Under 10s have been playing together since they started Micros at 4 years old and the whole ethos of the section is based around fun, enjoyment, friendship and an all-inclusive mindset. They are a very successful and competitive group and will, we are sure, provide many good club players for Stour-bridge RFC in the future.

If you have your own business, you can support the festival by taking an advert in the event programme, for those of you that have attended in previous years you will know how well supported the event is and your advert will be seen by everyone that attends.
