Our Official Launch for the Rugby365 AGP will be taking place on Saturday 2nd December 2017. This will be a massive day for the Club and we want to make sure that the day runs smoothly.

Festivities will start at around 11:30am and carry on until well after the First XV game against Hinckley.

In order to do this, we need your help. We're looking for volunteers for the following areas:

Club tidy-up. Anyone who can spare time in the build-up to do various clean up jobs around the Club
Gate - although it will be FREE entry on the day, we'll still be selling a commemorative programme
Car Park stewards - directing traffic to the right places to park
Ball Boys/Girls for the Under 14s curtain-raiser game
Club Shop - we'll be having a Club Shop tent in the car park

There'll be plenty of other jobs to do throughout the day, so if you can volunteer, please contact Mark Denison at markjpd@icloud.com
