Another great session this week concentrating on tagging; this week was the first week this season that we introduced the idea of giving the tags back. It was very pleasing to see all the micros become accustomed with this new idea so quickly; this was introduced to prepare them for U6's next season.

We debuted a new game this week which got the micros tagging a static opponent and then giving the tag back, all after dodging through a series of poles. The theme of giving tags back will now be reinforced over the rest of the season and will eventually develop into multiple tagging games and scenarios.

With this in mind, the development cup was renamed the tagging cup this week and this was won by Rowan (left); he has been one of the most consistent taggers this season and particularly enjoys shouting tag at every opportunity.

The listening cup was won by Henry this week who has really developed well over the course of the short time that he has been with the micros. Henry was chosen by a coach who did not have him in his group but noticed some very good listening during the games.
