Bonfire Night Volunteers Needed

We need Club volunteers to help out in the build-up and on the night of our Family Bonfire and Fireworks Display on Friday 1st November 2019.

Below is a list of the jobs you can help with:

• Wed 30th Oct - Start of Bonfire construction, fencing erection
• Thurs 31st - Bonfire Construction, signage, ticket selling
• Fri 1st Nov - Daytime, Ground prep, car park set-up, stall & pay station set-up.
• Fri 1st Nov - Evening from 5pm
• Areas that need Volunteers: Car Park, Pay Station, Traffic control, Crowd Stewards, First Aid
• Evening from 9.30pm - Site clean down - barriers, rubbish, pay stations, generators, lighting.
• Sat 2nd Nov - 9am - Pitch Clean Up, site final clean ready for the First XV game against Wharfedale

All Club volunteers will qualify for a FREE Family Ticket, which includes FREE entry to the 1XV v Wharfedale - open to CLUB MEMBERS ONLY
