This week’s session took place at DKRFC so many thanks to all involved for your hospitality and thanks to the SRFC coaches and micros who were able to go over there and train.

Integrating with other clubs at this stage is a very good thing to do and replicates the idea of away fixtures that will come thick and fast once they start playing matches at U7’s level; here the two groups of micros had a chance to play together and have experience of different coaching styles and set-up.

The winners of the cups this week were Dylan (left) and Jude (right); Dylan’s tagging over the course of this season has become better and better with an almost unique “sniper” way of tagging meaning he gets the tags at the last minute when all the micros have stopped running!

Well done to Jude also for winning as he has only trained with us on a few occasions; he picked up the games very well and always had a smile on his face.
