We're pleased to announce that Issy PD (2nd from left) has been selected for the North Midlands Under 15s squad and will be representing the County and her Club at the County Festival at Syston RFC this weekend.

Stourbridge Girls - The Pumas, put 7 Girls forward for the Under 18 & 15 trials. All of our Girls performed brilliantly on the day, doing themselves and Stourbridge proud. However, with only 30 places up for grabs in each squad and over 60 Girls trying out in each age group, it was always going to come down to narrow margins over who got in and who didn't.

Issy is only the second Stourbridge Girls player to make it into the County set-up, but we're sure that there will be more to follow in future seasons. Our Under 11, 13, 15 and 18 squads are growing every month and there are some very talented players in each age group. With Issy flying the Stourbridge banner for us at County, we're sure that our ranks will swell even further, helping The Pumas to go from strength-to-strength.
