Another Great Ex-Players' Lunch

On Saturday 8th October, before the Harrogate game, the Club Room was packed to bursting with players from a range of eras in the Club's history.

The food and company was excellent and we owe a big 'thank you' to Ced Smith and everyone involved in staging the event for making it such a great success - YET AGAIN!

After the meal, Harrogate decided that they wanted to spoil the party, putting in a tough performance that belied their 5 match losing streak. However, a hard-fought 2nd half saw Stour finally prevail 18-12.
