Shippo trained as a Chef at The Birmingham College of Food and has worked in numerous 5 star hotels and restaurants - the Crown at Iverley to name one. He has also spent a year on cruise liners catering for 7000 people a day!

Shippo set up Specialist Event caterers 3 years ago and has built a great team that share his philosophy and passion. He prides himself on his professional and friendly approach, taking time to gain a good understanding of his customers and delivering food full of flavour, well presented and not complicated.
