Firstly, thanks to everyone that attended the run out on Saturday, it was a great event and all the micro's and other M&J players loved it. Thanks to all the grown-ups for bringing them down and hope you all enjoyed your day at the club.

Secondly, thanks to all the 1st team coaches, managers and players for helping with this event and allowing photo's to be taken prior to kick-off. It's much appreciated and we've already been asked by some when they can do it again!

Sunday's session was an overwhelming success, introducing new aspects to old games and introducing a whole new idea to the micro's: this being defending. The defending aspect was quickly learned by the group and this is something that will be built upon in further sessions.

The listening cup this week went to Ronnie who had a very good session, focussed and consistent with his answers when asked questions.

The teamwork sweets went to Rowan W who had a smile on his face all session and really epitomised many of the key values in rugby at this age.
