The AGM of the Club for the 2025-26 season will be held in the clubhouse at Stourton Park on Thursday 16th July 2026, commencing at 8:00 pm.

The agenda for the meeting along with the minutes from the FAGM held 11th March 2026 were sent to all members on 19th June 2026, please contact info@stourbridgerugby.com if you have not received. For you convenience they are also available at the bottom of this email.

With regard to item 5 on the Agenda, the audited accounts for the financial year ended 30th June 2026 will not yet be available and will be presented and discussed at a future Financial Annual General Meeting. A statement from the Treasurer will be presented at the AGM.
