Dear Member,

Thank you for your commitment to SRFC in taking part in this AGM voting procedure. As a member of the Club you have overall control as to the way the Committee operates the club so your vote is important.

Please find attached the Agenda, the Committee report and the Governance report for the year ending June 30th 2023.

Also attached is a voting form with explanatory notes that can be completed on the evening in person or by proxy to be received by 5 p.m. on July 12th. Please read the notes.

You are asked to vote on two resolutions firstly for a temporary adjustment to the rules of the constitution to increase the Management Committee to twelve plus one and secondly to approve the entry into by the Management Committee of the Lions Asset Transfer Agreement.

The extended Committee recommends that the resolutions are approved in order that plans for 2023/2024 and beyond can progress.
