Further to the Notice of AGM sent on 25th June 2025, I can once again confirm that the Annual General Meeting will take place in the clubhouse at Stourton Park on Thursday 10th July, commencing at 8 pm.

As a member of the Club, you have overall control over the way in which the Committee operates, and this year there are two agenda points that require a vote:

Agenda item 9 - Vote for the position of Facilities Director
Please see documents submitted by the candidates for your consideration.

Agenda item 12 - To consider the Special Resolution to update the Club Constitution, as previously circulated . It is the recommendation of the Committee that you vote FOR this resolution. A copy of this is available at the bottom of this page.

Votes for the above will take place during the AGM - if you are unable to attend you may submit a proxy vote online by clicking HERE, or print and sign the attached form and return to the club office. All proxy votes must be submitted by 5pm on Thursday 10th July. PLEASE NOTE ONLY FULL CLUB MEMBERS FOR 24.25 SEASON MAY TAKE PART IN THE VOTING PROCESS.
