Over 90 girls attended from as far afield as Bromyard, Shrewsbury and Veseyans in Streetly. Our Under 11s were given a training session before the games started, then helped out throughout the night with the games. A BIG THANK YOU to them for their enthusiasm.

Due to the rain all week, the whole event was staged on the AGP. The Under 18s, with over 40 girls playing, used half a pitch, with the Under 15s & 13s using quarter of a pitch each. It was great to see so many girls enjoying rugby all at the same time.

The event was made even better by the visiting coaches, players, refs and helpers. Scott Sturdy and Max Pridmore represented the RFU on the night; with Alex Gardener, Taz Bricknell and Lydia Thompson (Stourbridge, Worcester & England) from Warriors. Ruth Middleton (Bridgnorth Women, Loughborough Lightning & North Mids Girls U15s Head Coach) was also on hand to help out with coaching and games. A North Mids YMO Ref, Dylan, also helped out by reffing the Under 15s games for us.

We also received a great deal of help from the rest of the Club, which all helped to make it such a great success.
