Micro's Update from 17th September

This weeks session saw the 2 groups work on more technical skills and, in particular, passing and receiving the ball. This will help with the catching element that will be bought in at a later date for the new micros.

Eliza won the listening cup this week in one group and Wilf the other listening cup in the second group. Well done to you both.
