We’re reaching out to all members, supporters, parents, and friends of the club to lend a hand and help share the load. Whether you can spare a little time each month or get involved more regularly, your contribution will make a big difference.

Areas Where Help is Needed:

Pitch & Grounds Maintenance – Mowing, strimming, and general upkeep of our grass pitches and surrounding areas.
Site Maintenance – General tasks around the grounds, from minor repairs to keeping things tidy.
Clubhouse Maintenance – Light DIY, painting, or helping keep our building looking its best.

We’re looking at two ways to organise this:

A WhatsApp-based team where you can simply let us know when you're free to pitch in.
A rotating volunteer rota so we can share tasks evenly and make it easy for everyone to get involved.

Kit Shop Support on Match Days
We also have a fantastic range of SRFC-branded kit, thanks to the work of Chris Roe. To keep this running smoothly and grow the club's profile (while raising valuable funds), we need extra help managing the kit stall on match days. Don’t worry - it’s all set up, with samples to try on and a straightforward system for placing orders.

Again, a simple rota could make this light work for all, and be and a great way to support the club on game day!
