Stourbridge v Old Sils U10s
23 November 2014
Stourbridge under 10s entertained Old Sills at Stourton Park ground on a typical autumnal Sunday morning.
Old Sils under 10s brought 11 players who rotated game time so that 3 games were played.
Old Sils are a technically gifted side; they showed lots of skill and had a very well drilled passing and rucking game.
Stour under 10s gave maximum effort and played the game with great sportsmanship, although there are still areas, such as tackling and not losing the ball in the ruck, that need to be worked on.
As discussed by Coach Dennis and the lads at the end of the games, the team want to progress as a whole with every player contributing and not avoid tackling; I am sure that once the team work as one, Stourbridge under 10s will be a force to be reckoned with!
Over the 3 games it ended up even - 1 win, 1 draw and 1 loss - which was a fair result.
Well done boys you should be very proud of yourselves!
