A Shining Performance from Stourbridge Under 9s!

A truly fabulous day was had by all at the Birmingham Bees Festival on Sunday 13 April 2014.

The sun shone, and so did all of the boys in Stourbridge's under 9s team.
They all listened to their coach and did everything asked of them and more.

Stourbridge’s defence was strong, and the attack was determined in all six of the games played at the festival. The boys had some difficult games, against very worthy opponents, but they remained calm and delivered lots of excellent tackles, passes and runs. They all worked well together in a constantly changing team.

The atmosphere in between games was relaxed, but when the boys got on the pitch they were totally focused. This was especially true in the final where the boys gave their all and triumphed as a team.

Above all though, the boys had loads of fun.

Well done every one of you, you have made us very proud.
