Stourbridge RFC Micro Climate Doesn't Disappoint!

Lichfield travelled to Stourton Park with around 20 boys. As Lichfield arrived, rain and hail was beating down sideways - welcome to Stourbridge Rugby Club!

Our boys were sheltering in the stands, until the worst was over (very sensible move).

Three games were played by two teams.

Lichfield started well from the first whistle and passed the ball superbly, running in quite a few tries up until half time. From the start of the second half of the game Stourbridge got up to speed and showed their usual high standard of passing, tackling and running; this was the format for the remainder of the games.

Lichfield were a very skilled opposition and a very good match for our boys, who rose to the challenge showing grit and determination.

A very good team effort, with every boy contributing.
