Our first game of the season saw three players make their debuts for Stourbridge, well done to Ethan Bird, Lyncoln Griffiths and Theo Lewis.

As most first games go this one was a bit different as we played 4 quarters!

We were a little rusty but soon got into our stride with some surging runs, strong rucking and tackling. Our movement of the ball through the hands was mostly good although on a few occasions we held on to the ball just a little bit too long when a quick pass would have put another player free.

Work on areas will be on realignment in attack and defence so we look forward to seeing you on Wednesday at training.
